Accommodation – Searching

How do I search for a suitable apartment for my stay?

It is very easy. At first, enter check-in and check-out date and number of persons in your party and then click the “Book now” button. Immediately, all the available rooms will show up including prices for whole stay (number of nights you filled previously).

How can I check apartment availability?

Enter check-in and check-out date and number of persons in your party and then click the “Book now” button. You will be immediately directed to a reservation page where list of available rooms is shown for the dates you selected.

Where can I find the directions to the hotel?

On the Contact Us section of our website / on Home page you can find travel information with details on location and directions.

Is it possible to order an extra bed/baby cot and how much will it be?

On Home page you enter check in and check out date and number of persons in your party and then click the “Book now” button. You will be immediately directed to a reservation page where list of available rooms is shown for the dates you selected. A list of extra services is available (breakfast, extra bed). You can select here your option for extra bed. Before Finalizing your reservation, a comment section is also available where you can ask for any other information.

How do I get to know which facilities / services each apartment offers?

Please have a look at the section “Apartments” of our website, you will find the description for each apartment, with the occupancy capacity and facilities it offers for the guests. Please note that some of the facilities might be off-site and also for extra charge.

Can I receive information and updates about your products and services?

Please have a look on our home page and you can be the first to find out about our promotions by filling in your email address on the bottom of the page. We will take care of sending you any new information we have.

Is there any parking near the hotel?

Parking on Faurului street is payable and paying machine is at the end of the street, approximately 50 meters from the hotel.

I want to visit more beautiful places after my check-out. Can the hotel store my bags?

Yes, we can take care of your luggage if needed.

Can I bring pets?

Sadly, pets are not allowed in the property.

Is The YellowBoot Hotel suitable for disabled guests?

Yes, we have Apartment 6 and Apartment 7 with direct access from the courtyard adapted to the locomotion for disabled guests. They can enter and exit from the room to the courtyard independently.

Does the hotel have smoking rooms?

YellowBoot assumes a non-smoking policy, so smoking is not allowed in the rooms. You can always smoke on the courtyard or on the terrace.

Do the rooms have air conditioning?

Yes, we have heating system and air conditioning in all rooms.

Accommodation – Pricing

Do you offer special discounts (for seniors, airlines employees, etc)?

We provide the best available rates for the dates of your stay. The discounts are already included and therefore it is not possible to have any other discount on the confirmed price. Anyhow, please check periodically our special offers on our website or subscribe to our Newsletter for in order to be the first to know about our special offers.

Is breakfast included in the price?

It depends on the services you choose. In general, information about breakfast is provided in Additional services section. You can choose either international or vegetarian breakfast and the final price will include the breakfast price.

Does the price include taxes?

Yes, the price includes taxes.

Booking process

Can I make a reservation for somebody else?

Yes, you can. When you make a reservation on our website, you have to fill in all information required in the reservation form. On the form requiring information about occupant, you have to fill in name, email address and phone number of the occupant of the room.

How do I know that my reservation is confirmed?

When you have completed the steps of the reservation process, an instant on-screen confirmation will appear. Immediately, a message is sent to you via email and on your phone confirming your reservation and providing you the reservation number. We advise you to save this message for further use.

Can I change a room after a reservation is made?

Yes, you can change a room after you made a reservation.

I have booked a room but I did not receive a confirmation by email. What do I have to do?

The most common reason for not getting a confirmation email is typing your email address incorrectly. Therefore, please double check your email address before finalizing your reservation. Also we have noticed that in some cases our confirmation email may end up in your "spam folder". If you do not receive an email after you have made a booking, please send an email with your booking details to booking@yellowboot.ro.

Can I book a hotel for day use?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to book a hotel for day use. The minimum that can be booked through our website is one night.

How many rooms can I book in one reservation?

A maximum of 8 rooms can be booked in any one reservation if available.

How do I receive the key of the room I booked?

When you make a reservation on our website, you have to fill in all information required in the reservation form. After saving information and confirming your reservation, an email is sent to you on the email address you provided containing your reservation number. The occupant of a room booked online will receive on the email address provided the digital key (QR code) available for the dates booked for his apartment. The code is unique and non-reproduceable. At this moment, the QR code can be used only to access the front door of the building. In order to activate your QR code to enter your room you need to make your check in. You can either make your check in online or you can choose to check in at arrival at our hotel, at the info kiosk at the entrance. Once your check-in is made, you can use the QR to access you room.

I'm traveling with children. Can we sleep in the same room?

We offer cots for children up to 2 years of age. The maximum capacity is of 1 cot per room. Cots are free of charge. We also can provide an extra bed for some of our apartments. Information about possibility of having an extra bed is provided upon your reservation. Attention: Cot and extra bed request is subject to availability. Please contact the reception in time to secure your booking.

What happens if I lose my access code?

In case you lose your access code you can always call our 24/7 support team at the interphone at the front door. After checking your identity, our support team will either resend to you your QR code via email or open the front door remotely. At the InfoKiosk at the entrance or in the lobby, all you have to do is enter your reservation number and you can print your access code.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations up to 7 days prior to the arrival date are free of charge. Any changes or cancellation within 7 days before arrival date are not subject to reimbursement. The same will apply in case of no-show.

What time is check-in and check-out? Can I check-out after the appointed time?

Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. If you desire to late check-out, kindly contact the reception for availability or fill in the form of late check out on the tablet in your room.

Can I book multiple rooms?

Yes, you can book multiple rooms.

Payment / Credit card methods

Is it safe to fill in my credit card number? How secure is the your website?

Your credit card information is sent to us through a secure server. We use the latest, most secure technology available, which encrypts all your personal and credit card details. Debit or credit card payments are processed by a Payment Service Provider, for processing these payments. The communication between the client and the payment processor is made through a secure SSL connection, the transmitted data being encrypted. All your financial information will be processed exclusively by the payment processor. The hotel does not store, receive or process in any way the details of bank transactions (card number, CVV, etc.). Payment processing will be done in LEI or in EUR equivalent LEI. If the client has the account in another currency, the amount will be automatically converted into LEI, at the PSP rate on the respective day. The encryption method used is the industry standard "Secure Socket Layer" (SSL) technology. Our SSL certificate has been issued by an authorized company in the domain field. We also use a firewall which protects our servers and network against unauthorized access.

Can I pay cash or by card at the hotel?

Yes, you can. We accept card payment at our digital reception; you will see your consumption and process for payment via our smart kiosk; for the payment in cash, the Hotel can accept this mode of payment from 7:00 to 12:00.An invoice is issued after payment, can be print by smart kiosk in the lobby or / and send to you by email.

What payment methods are accepted at the Hotel?

We accept: Credit Card as Visa / Mastercard, Bank Transfer, Holiday tickets & Cash. We don't accept checks.
